9.13.2022 Individual Development Plan

Led by Dorothy Lewis, PhD, this workshop guides learners through a four-step process for creating a personal IDP: 1. Self-assessment to review skills, values, and interests; 2. Establish goals for the next 5 to 10 years; 3. Set goals for improving skills, building a career network, and gaining experience to prepare for future success; 4. Plan to recruit mentors to help you accomplish your goals.
