Define Sepsis and Septic Shock and understand the extent of the problem
Describe different modalities in treatment of Sepsis
List current guidelines in Sepsis care management

Recognize role of quality initiatives for improving sepsis mortality

TARGET AUDIENCE

Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other health care professionals involved in sepsis management and care.
